Yes — when you buy a PV Supernode controller you get a 30-day PV Care trial.
Yes — PV Care can be added at any time after you have purchased a PV Supernode controller.
Installers get a service account to monitor multiple installations; end customers get an investor account to track their own system.
Yes — the system runs around the clock. If there is no WiFi/LAN we include a GSM modem to keep connectivity up.
Yes — it visualizes installation operation and individual components in real time.
Yes — the system can generate CSV reports for selected devices and periods.
Data is visualized at three levels: the whole installation, inverters and DC input strings.
No — PV Care also monitors field controllers, grid analyzers, DSO meters and weather stations.
Yes — push notifications about exceptional events land on users’ mobile devices.
